Anthony Ray Wooley
Anthony Ray Wooley, 51 of Farmersville, died on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, in McKinney. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 at the Calvary Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Toby Castleberry. Interment will be held at 3 p.m., at Crestview Cemetery in Wichita Falls under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Wooley was born Thursday, Oct. 31, 1963 in Vernon. He was the son of the late Hiram Taylor and the late Mary Francis Hudson. He married Debra Butler in 1994 in Marshall. He worked for the Childress County Sheriff’s Department, the GrayTexas Police Department in Pampa, the Collin County Sheriff’s Department in McKinney and at Vernon State Hospital until 1991 transferring to Wichita Falls State Hospital. He was a transport deputy for the Sheriff Department in Bonham. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Wooley of the home; three brothers, Claude Wooley of Carrollton, John Wooley of Carrollton and Joseph Wooley of Duncanville; two sisters, Diane Wooley of Richardson and Emma Johnson of Richardson, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Aug. 28, 2015 at Sullivan Funeral Home.
