Lady Lions named all-district in volleyball

The 2024 District 7-3A All-District Volleyball Team includes five Lady Lions, with 5 others receiving honorable mention.

Vernon’s Key’Maria McBride was named the Most Valuable Server for the district.

Lady Lions named First Team All-District are Mari Johnson and Klancy Sherrill.

All-District Second Team honors went to Mijah Johnson and Jeana Martinez.

Lady Lions receiving honorable mention include Zayleigh Sweet, Kaleigh White, Aaliyah Moralez, Yuleyka Ramirez and Mylee Greening.

District 7-3A Volleyball Academic All-District selections include 11 Lady Lions: Zayleigh Sweet, Yuleyka Ramirez, Key’Maria McBride, Mari Johnson, Danielle Eneanya, Kaleigh White, Zayley Horn, Kyndell Horn, Klancy Sherrill, Jeana Martinez, and Aaliyah Moralez.
