90 Minutes in Heaven author coming to FBC

The First Baptist Church of Vernon will welcome a special speaker during the Sunday, March 23 service. The service begins at 10:45 a.m.

Don Piper is an internationally known best-selling author of the book 90 Minutes in Heaven. Piper has been an ordained minister since 1985. He has appeared on numerous television and radio programs.

At FBC Piper will share his incredible testimony of faith, survival, and hope. After a devastating car accident, Don was declared dead for 90 minutes. During that time, he experienced the glories of Heaven before miraculously returning to life. His story has touched millions around the world, offering encouragement and a renewed perspective on eternity.
