Complaint against WGH board member to be investigated

During a special meeting of the Wilbarger General Hospital board of directors Jan. 23 at WGH, the directors went into executive session for consultation with attorney to obtain legal advice concerning “employee complaint to Board.”

Following the executive session the board returned to open meeting and Director Pam Caldwell made a motion for the hospital’s CEO to investigate the complaint against a member of the board of directors and provide the findings to legal counsel.

The name of the board member to be investigated in reference to the complaint was not disclosed, nor were any details of the complaint made public.
