Sherry Ann (Terry) Rios

   Sherry Ann (Terry) Rios passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014 in Decatur. Rosary will be at 6 p.m., Friday at the Chapel at Smith Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the First Baptist Church with Deacon Art Casis and Rev. Wallace Clay officiating. Interment will follow at Goodlett Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
   Terry was born Aug. 14, 1963 in San Antonio.  She was employed by Hardeman County Clinic and Vernon Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
   Terry is survived by her husband of the home, Juan J. Rios, Sr., and granddaughter Taylee Rios of Quanah.  She is also survived by her father , Ignacio N. Medina of Childress; four sisters, Janie Railsback and Kay Brachwitz of Seymour, Pauline Mobley of Quanah, and Frances Medina Thomas of Childress; four brothers, Ignacio Medina, Jr. of Mangum, Okla., Juan Jose Medina of Quanah, Chris Medina of Eldorado, Okla., and Mario Medina of Quanah, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia L. Medina on July 10, 1991, and son, Juan J. Rios Jr., on April 26, 2014.
   Memorials may be made to Hardeman County Memorial Hospital Foundation.
   Family visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2014, at Smith Funeral Home.
