Edith Ryder Cash

   CROWELL – Edith Ryder Cash, 87 of Crowell, died on July 18, 2014 in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Church of Christ in Crowell with A.B. Martin and Gene Ed Ryder officiating. Interment will follow at the Truscott Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Womack Manard Funeral Home.
   Cash was born on July 17, 1927 in Gilliland. She was the daughter of the late William Edward Ryder and the late Lillie Mae Myers Ryder. She married Jim Cash on Nov. 27, 1946 in Seymour.  She had worked for the Crowell School District as a secretary and aide for over 20 years and was a member of the Crowell Church of Christ. She was a homemaker.
   Surviving are her husband, Jim Cash of the home; two sons, Freddy (Fred) Cash of Benjamin and Kerry R. Cash of Clinton, Okla.; one daughter,  Trenna Carlson of Truscott; one brother, Myers Ryder of Wichita Falls; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Cash; her twin sister and three brothers.
   Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Monday, July 21, 2014 at the funeral home.
   Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
