Jeana Marie Nahmahker Davis

Jeana Marie Nahmahker Davis went to be with her heavenly Father on March 19, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church in Vernon.
Jeana was born Nov. 16, 1966 in Altus to Curtis and Cathy (McMillian) Davis.  Jeana was raised in Jackson County Oklahoma and graduated valedictorian from Olustee high school in 1985.
She watched her daddy cut hair since she was a child, so she became a licensed barber, and used that skill to put herself through college. She studied history and graduated from Southwest Oklahoma State University.  After graduation she returned to barbering. She worked in and managed several barbershops in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.  Her last barbershop was the Razor’s Edge, Too in Vernon. Jeana was a member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma and the Calvary Baptist Church in Vernon.
She was a wonderful daughter, loving aunt and cousin, and a tough ornery sister to her three brothers.  She was also a devoted friend, which was to almost every one she met.  She loved to share her faith in Jesus Christ, and offer the redeeming work the Savior had done in her life to those she met.  Jeana cared deeply for the world around her, if you would like, a donation can be made to in her name to the mission fund at Calvary Baptist Church, Vernon.
She is survived by her parents: Curtis and Cathy Davis of Altus; three brothers: Wesley Davis of Fairfax, Va., Brian Davis of Altus and Robert Davis of Norman and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins
