Brian Loy Waldo
Brian Loy Waldo, age 38, of Quanah, passed away, Friday, Sept. 18, 2015 in Quanah. Services will be held at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Joseph Jones and Rev. Wayne Hollinshead officiating. Interment will follow at Wilbarger Memorial Park, Vernon, under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Quanah.
Mr. Waldo was born July 25, 1977 to the late Loy Dwain and Cindy Brown Waldo. He married Amberlee Daugherty Waldo on Oct, 25, 2008 in Quanah. He was a machinist at Georgia Pacific for 10 years. He lived all of his life in Quanah and was a member of the Baptist Church. He graduated from Quanah High School in 1995.
He is survived by his wife, Amberlee Waldo, Quanah; three sons, Brison Waldo, Quanah, Kemper Waldo, Quanah, and Brilee Waldo, Quanah; two daughters, Shailee Waldo, Quanah, and Dixie Waldo, Quanah; one sister, Misti Glass, San Angelo; five uncles, Jim Waldo, Quanah, Keith Waldo, Vernon, David Waldo, Abilene, Rob Brown, Childress and Monte Brown, Dennison; one aunt, Lesa Waldo, Lubbock; his grandparents, Bob and Sue Brown, Pottsboro, and his mother and father-in-law, Paul and Gina Daugherty, Quanah.
Family visitation will be Monday from 6 to 7 p.m., at Smith Funeral Home.
