Joe Lynn Demps, infant son of Katherine Demps of Vernon and L.J. Bernal of Quanah, died on Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, in Vernon. Interment will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec.. 23, 2015 in Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
He was born on Friday, Dec. 18, 2015 in Vernon. He is survived by his mother and father.
