Former Vernon resident Tamara Penny, 48, of Munday passed away Jan. 29 at United Regional. Graveside rites are scheduled at 11 a.m. Monday at Eastview Cemetery. Survivors include parents Betty and James McAfee; sisters Jamie
McAfee, Lorri Young, Tina Stivers; brother Terry McLaughlin; daughter Sarah Penny; and sons Emory Penny and Brandon Penny.
