Fatality accident in Jackson County, Okla.

Fatality Collision occurred 12-19-2022 at approximately 03:25 hours on S County Road 201, 3 miles west of Altus, Jackson County. 

Vehicle-1: 2007 GMC Sierra driven by Stacy L. Jones (SIC), Black, female, age 51, of Mangum, OK. Pronounce deceased on scene with head injuries by Jackson County EMS. Transported to the Lowell – Tims Funeral Home in Altus, OK. 

What happened: Under Investigation.

Condition of Driver Vehicle 1 – Under Investigation. 

Cause of Collision – Under Investigation. 

Seatbelts – Equipped, not in use

Weather – Clear and dry 

Roadway – 2-lane undivided asphalt  

Pinned – None. 

Ejected –  Yes
