Rito Lira Macias

Rito Lira Macias, 63 of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico was called to his Heavenly home Friday, Aug. 11, 2023. Funeral services were held in Nogales, Sonora on Monday, Aug. 14, 2023.Rito was born Monday, May 2, 1960 in Santo Domingo, Guanajuato, Mexico. He was the son of the late Rito Lira, Sr. and the late Maria Delores Macias. Rito married Louisa Gonzales on December 1, 1993 in Vernon, Texas. He resided in Vernon for 34 years and worked at Wright Brand Foods (Tyson).Rito is survived by his wife of the home Louisa Lira, his children; Ricardo V. Lira and wife Erica, Arturo Leos and wife Maria, Rachel Lira, Amanda Lira-Stowers and husband Michael and 13 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Rito is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. Rito was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He will be remembered for his kind heart and will be missed by all who knew him.
