Vehicle-1: 2020 Toyota Rav4 driven by Maia Bennett, white female, 59 years of age, residence in Elgin, Oklahoma. Transported by Survival Flight EMS to Duncan Regional Hospital. Admitted in fair condition with unknown injuries.
Vehicle-2: 2019 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Elizabeth J. Brundige, white female, 61 years of age, residence in Lawton, Oklahoma. Pronounced deceased by Duncan Fire Department paramedic and transported to the Medical Examiner’s office in Oklahoma City.
