“Circle of Write” planned at library on Saturday

Wilbarger County, for as small a population as we have, is home to a surprising number of published authors. These writers cover nearly the whole spectrum of writing genres from fiction to self-help and everything in-between.
From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday Dec. 7, at the Carnegie City–County Library, 2810 Wilbarger St., the library will be hosting the Circle of Write event in support of local authors.
This will give the public a chance to meet a dozen or so local authors from various genres and get books autographed by their favorite writers.
It will also present the opportunity to discover and have a look at some of the works by these authors.
The public is invited to come out to the library and get to meet these authors in person and support their efforts. Books will be available for purchase and may be signed and dedicated by their authors.
This could be a perfect time to pick up a Christmas gift for that reader on your Christmas list.
The following authors are slated to be present at the library:
Jeff Bearden, Mark Finn, Holly Gallant, Colby Hardison, Bill Humphrey, Shane Lance, Breanna McLennan, Jeanett Poteet, Brian Combs, Bob Rogers, Diane Smithwick-Braden, Shelly Stringer and Jerry Whitt.
