WGH Board of Directors appoints interim CEO

The Board of Directors of Wilbarger General Hospital (WGH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tonya Price as the Interim Chief Executive Officer effective October 15, 2025.
Tonya has served as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer since July 2025. She brings over a wealth of healthcare experience and has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her career. Her appointment follows the departure of Thomas “Tom” Siemers who announced his retirement on September 30, 2025 after serving as the Chief Executive Officer from April 1, 2020 through October 14, 2025. The Board and staff of WGH expressed their appreciation for Tom’s significant contributions during his tenure and commitment to WGH’s mission.
