Christmas decorations to be lit The Vernon Christmas Lighting downtown at the Wilbarger County Courthouse will take place on Thursday, Nov. 24 at 6 p.m. This is a family event for all to enjoy cookies, hot cocoa, caroling, a scavenger hunt and the lighting of the decorations on the square.
