Carolyn Sue Walker, 84 of Odell, Texas. died on Saturday, April 2, 2022, in Vernon, Texas. Funeral service were Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 10 a.m. .at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Derrell Monday officiating and Rev. Wallace Clay. Interment was held at Bell Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Hazel Ramsey passed away Sunday afternoon, April 3. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 8 at First Baptist Church in Crowell under direction of Smith Funeral Home. She is survived by 2 daughters, Gaye Henry and Mary Ann Fergeson; 5 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Former Vernon resident Edward Claude McClellan Sr., 85, of Electra, died March 16, 2022, in Wichita Falls. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, at the Electra Chamber of Commerce. McClellan was born Jan. 5, 1937, in Vernon, and was a 1955 graduate of Vernon High School.
