Agnes Kieschnick Gfeller Albrandt

   Agnes Kieschnick Gfeller Albrandt, 88 of Vernon, died on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, in Vernon. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Paul Neuberger. Interment will be held at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
   Agnes was born Monday, March 23, 1925 in Vernon. She was the daughter of the late Willie Kieschnick, Sr.  and the late Bertha Bodling  Kieschnick. She married Raymond Gfeller on Feb. 3, 1946 in Vernon. He preceded her in death on Aug. 19, 1980. She later married Herman Albrandt on March 17,1984 in Vernon. He preceded her in death in November of 1995. She had lived in Vernon all of her life. She was a member of Lutheran Women’s Missionary League. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and a former member of Immanuel Lutheran Church at Harrold most of her life. She was a member of Wilbarger General Hospital Auxiliary, and she was a member of Grannies Go Getum’s. She was very involved in activates at Eagle Flats Village. She loved crocheting, fishing, and dominoes with friends and loved to play Wha-hoo. She was a homemaker.
   She is survived by three sons, Ronald Gfeller of Dimmitt, Dean Gfeller of Vernon, and Ray Gfeller of Vernon’ one daughter,  Brenda Hutchins of Wichita Falls; 11 grandchildren, Anne Patterson, Kent Anderson, Carrie Hawkins, Katy Hardin, Scott Hutchins, Candace Thornton, Mark Hutchins, Matt Gfeller, Jill Millican, Kaylee Covey and Cody Gfeller; 20 great-grandchildren; four sisters,  Alice Keastner of Sterling, Colo., Bernice Wiederanders of Kingsville, Jennette Graf of Vernon and Ruth Woelfel of College Station; two brothers,  Edward Kieschnick of Harrold and Willie Kieschnick of Vernon; a step-son, Charlie Albrandt, Fort Collins, Colo.; a stepdaughter,  Phyllis Chrisp, Longmont, Colo. She was preceded in death by four brothers: Walter, Robert, Louis and Wilbert Kieschnick; one sister, Freida Schoppa;  a grandson, Jack Gfeller, and a great-grandson, Keith Hutchins.
   Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 at Sullivan Funeral Home.
   Memorials can be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Hospice of Wichita Falls.
   Pallbearers will be Matt Gfeller, Pammy Millican, Scott Hutchins, Mark Hutchins, Josh Patterson, Kent Anderson, Cody Gfeller and Wade Covey.
