Sage Danielle Marines
QUANAH – Sage Danielle Marines, 22, of Quanah, died on Friday March 28, 2014 in Quanah. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., on Thursday April 3, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Quanah with Rev. John Spangler officiating. Interment will follow at Quanah Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Quanah.
Marines was born on Nov. 27, 1991 in Childress. She was the daughter of Johnny Marines, Jr. and Lisa Flores Marines. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She had been a resident of Quanah all of her life and graduated in 2010 from Quanah High School. She was a former employee of United Supermarkets.
She is survived by her father, Johnny Marines Jr., of Quanah; her mother, Lisa Marines of Wichita Falls; her son, Crystian (Gage) Colbert of Quanah; five sisters, Shandi Lamb of Wichita Falls, Kristin Reynolds of Arlington, Tabitha Marines of Vernon, Megan Marines of Fort Worth and Brooke Reynolds of Arlington; her paternal grandfather, Johnny Marines Sr. of Quanah; her maternal grandparents, Billy Joe and Carolyn Flores of Knox City, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Janie Marines.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday April 2, 2014 in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel.
