Barbara Ann O’Neal

   QUANAH – Barbara Ann O’Neal, 76, of Quanah, died on, Friday, April 10, 2014 in Quanah, Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2014 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Hollinshead and Rev. Tommy Elder officiating. Interment will follow at Quanah Memorial Park under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Quanah,.
   O’Neal was born on Nov. 5, 1937 to the late Travis and Helen Horn. She worked for the Quanah Independent School District until her retirement. She was a lifetime resident of Hardeman County. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
   She is survived by five daughters, Sharon Pittman, Cindy O’Neal, Quanah, Lynn Isnhower, Melody Brown, and Lori Alaniz, all of Quanah; one son, Bill O’Neal of Childress; two brothers, Travis Horn of Bushland and Charles Raford Horn of Quanah; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Family visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday, April 13, 2014.
