Linda Sue Wright

   Linda Sue Wright, 67, of Wichita Falls passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation is from 6:00 until 8:00 Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
   Mrs. Wright was born July 7, 1946 in Bogota, TX to Paul A. Black and Dessie (Mayes) Black. She married Robert ‘Bob’ Wright August 20, 1980 in Amarillo, TX. She was a salon owner and hairstylist in Amarillo for several years before moving to Wichita Falls where she and Bob opened Redken Distribution Association Beauty Supply in October of 1989. She retired July 21, 2008. She was a member of Texoma Cowboy Church here in Wichita Falls. Sue had a host of friends and cherished all of them.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob; son, Ricky Wayne Stephens; step-son, Craig Wright; two sisters and four brothers.
   Survivors are her daughter, Rhonda King and husband Mike of Vernon, TX; grandchildren Michael King and wife Carrie, also of Vernon and Tiffani Pitts and husband Ronnie of Abilene, TX; three great grandchildren (whom she adored), Trevor and Kenzi King and Kyleigh Pitts; also two brothers, Ray Black and Tony Black both of Bogota, TX. Sue was also known as ‘Nonnie’ to many family and friends.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Rd., 76310.
