Deborah Lynn (Cheek) Obenhaus

   Deborah Lynn (Cheek) Obenhaus went to be with the Lord on June 21, 2014 in Clifton following a lengthy illness. She was born on June 6, 1955 to the late J.R. and Billie Ruth Cheek in Chillicothe. She married Gene Obenhaus on Dec. 6, 1974 in Chillicothe.
   She was employed by the First National Bank of Chillicothe and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Chillicothe. Her passion was spending time with her family and two grandchildren.
   She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Colt Cheek.
   She is survived by her husband, Gene Obenhaus of Clifton; her son, Bradley Obenhaus and wife Carrie Obenhaus of Clifton; brother, Steve Cheek and wife Carol Ann of Chillicothe; two grandchildren, Robert and Gracelynn of Clifton; nephews, Heath Cheek of Dallas, Keith Cantrell of Wylie, Matthew Belcher and two nieces, Kellyn Taylor of Lubbock and Heather Ford, and many loved family and friends.
   Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, June 23, 2014 at Sullivan Funeral Home in Vernon. Services are at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Chillicothe with Wallace Clay officiating.
   Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the First Baptist Church of Chillicothe.
