Philo Bowen

   Former Vernon resident Philo Bowen of Throckmorton died on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 in Seymour. Funeral services will be held at 1p.m., Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, at the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel in Throckmorton with Rev. Jay Gage officiating. Interment will take place at the Throckmorton Cemetery in Throckmorton under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes.
   Visitation is planned for 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at the funeral home located at 107 North Austin in Throckmorton.
