Royce Noel Bailey

   Royce Noel Bailey, 73, died Tuesday Oct. 22, 2014 at his residence in Gainesville, Texas. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Oct. 27 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Jody Nichols officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
   Royce was born March 16, 1941 in Telephone, Texas to Lennie Joe and Nona Carlisle Bailey. He was a long time employee of Southland Paint Co. in Gainesville and Peterbilt in Denton. He and Nelda Bailey were married on Oct. 12, 1973 in Gainesville. He was preceded in death by his wife Nelda, his daughter Rhonda, his brother Troy, great-granddaughter Addison and his parents.
   He is survived by his son Grant Bailey and wife Kalyn of Vernon, son Greg Bailey and wife Jennifer of Channing, daughter Pam Nichols and husband Randy of Keller, sons Eddie and Keith Brookshear of Gainesville; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
   Visitation will be on Monday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m.
