William Hawkins (Lettle Bill) Heatly

   Bill was born on February 11, 1944, in Wichita Falls, TX to William Stanford Heatly and Jonnie Green Heatly and entered into eternal rest on July 8, 2015, at the age of 71.
   Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He passed along his love of the outdoors to his children, their spouses and grandchildren. Bill loved fishing, hunting, bird watching and gardening. He was an avid reader and enjoyed photography. Bill loved being in the beautiful outdoors of Colorado and Venice, La., where he would spend time with his children and grandchildren fishing.
   He graduated from Baylor Law School and served as a District Attorney for 19 years and a District Judge for 10 years in Cottle, Knox, Baylor, and King Counties. He was a member of the State Bar. He was a Master Mason at Paducah Lodge #868 and a Shriner. Bill was a member of the First Baptist Church in Paducah. He was a loving, caring man who will be tremendously missed by all who knew and loved him.
   Bill was preceded in death by his parents, brother William Stanford “Stan” Heatly II, and son-in-law Alvin Stice.
    He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Kay of Enchanted Oaks; daughter, Jonnie Stice, and children, Staley and Braiden; daughter, Karen Faubus, husband Ray and children, Tre’ Garvin and Jordan Hall and husband Cody; grandson Hazen; daughter, Marianne Matzke, husband Jason, and sons, Jared, Zach and Jacob; son, John “Buckie” Williams, wife Alicia and children, Sydnee and Tyler; daughter, Carla Nugent, husband Daniel and children, Mikhala and EmmaLee Kay; brother, Gene Heatly, and wife Judy; sister-in-law, Linda Heatly; numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family members and many more friends.
