CROWELL – Claud Lee Myers, 84, died on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in Munday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May, 3, 2016, at the Womack-Manard Funeral Home Chapel in Crowell with the Rev. Chris McLain, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Crowell officiating assisted by Shane Myers of Vero Beach, Fla. Interment will follow in the Truscott Cemetery under direction of Womack-Manard Funeral Home, Crowell.
Myers was born on Aug. 13, 1951 in Knox City, a son of the late Cleo (Bully) and Naomi Cauthen Myers. He was a longtime resident of Gilliland and Munday. He was a graduate of Munday High School and attended West Texas State University in Canyon. He was a barber.
He is survived by two daughters, Tonya Lee Edwards of Weatherford, and Tracy Lynn Sturdivant of San Angelo; one son, Shane Myers of Vero Beach, Fla.; one brother, Leonard Dale Myers of Paradise, and four grandchildren.
Visitation may be anytime from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Sunday, May 1, and Monday, May 2, at Womack-Manard Funeral Home.
