Otis Piper

   Otis Piper, 81, died on Monday, June 6, 2016 in Wichita Falls. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, June 10, 2016 at Eastview Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Wood Street Baptist Church.
   Piper was born in Bastrop, a son of Elva Mae Piper and Arthur Davis Piper. He was a trucker.  He married Hattie Mae Gaines in Vernon.
   He is survived by 11 children, 29 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
