Velma Mae Harrell, 68 of Vernon, Texas. died on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, in Vernon. Burial was held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Eastview Cemetery under direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Harrell was born Monday, Aug. 14, 1950 in Grandfield, Okla., a daughter of the late William Shipman and late Syble Maxwell Shipman. She married Charley Harrell in 1994 in Vernon.
