Henry “Kutter” Allen, 73, of Vernon, Texas, died on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 1, 2019 at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Jim Antwine.
