Plenty to eat in Vernon this weekend

There will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy good food in Vernon this week while also supporting local worthy causes.

The Knights of Columbus of Holy Family Catholic Church will hold a Fish Fry on Friday, March 6, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Parish Hall.

Tickets are $12 or $5 for children ages 6 to 12 and no cost for children five and younger.

The 67th annual Kiwanis Club Pancake Day will be held from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Wilbarger Auditorium.

Tickets are $6. and are available from Kiwanis Club members of at the door.
