     Carletta Owens, 54 of Vernon passed away Sunday May 3, 2020 in Vernon, Texas.
Visitation was held Friday, May 8, 2020 at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include brothers Wilmer Shepherd, Steven Shepherd, Elvis Shepherd, Stacy Shepherd, all of Vernon, Milton Shepherd of Electra; sisters Frances Council, Coleta Shepherd, Maria White, Gladys Davis, and Debbie Bates; nieces, nephews, cousins.
