Flora Belle “Tody” Baldwin, 93, of Vernon, Texas died on Monday, Sept. 28, 2020, in Vernon, Texas.
Funeral service will be Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
