Jack Lee Minarik, 92 of Vernon, Texas, died on Tuesday,
Jan. 5, 2021, in Vernon, Texas.
Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021 fromt 6 p.m.to 7 p.m, at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Brenda Minarik of Vernon.
