Julia “Jay” Ellen James, 100 of Vernon, Texas died on Sunday, Jan.17, 2021, in Vernon, Texas.
Graveside service will be Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
She is survived by her grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
