Lady Indians off to strong softball start

The Northside Lady Indians softball team is off to a 3-2 start to the season.
Northside opened last Thursday, topping Mineral Wells 8-5 at DBat in Wichita Falls. Brooklyn Koch had 13 strikeouts from the circle for the win. Koch and Hannah Dunson each had 2 RBIs.
The Lady Indians turned around and beat Tascosa 13-0. Koch had six strikeouts and gave up just one hit. Enia Love and Hannah Reed each had three hits. Maddie Parker, Lilly Woodard and Dunson each knocked in two RBIs.
Northside beat Archer City 5-1 on Friday in Holiday. Parker and Reed each had two RBIs. Kinney had three hits. Kock had 10 strikeouts while giving up just three hits and four walks.
Northside lost 6-3 at Henrietta on Saturday afternoon. Dunson and Woodard each had two hits and an RBI. The Lady Indians lost 5-0 to Petrolia also on Saturday.
