Lions receive postseason district baseball recognition

The Vernon Lions finished second in District 5-4A and won the bi-district playoff title, for just the third time in the past 30 years.
The Lions on-field success was recognized with off-the-field accolades.
“Our results for district awards this year were very good,” reported Vernon High School baseball coach Trent Pearson. “And us coaches are beyond proud of all these boys and their hard work put in to earn these awards! Thanks to all of y’all for all of the support this season!”
