Bobby Allen Brown

Bobby Allen Brown, formerly of Harrold, Texas passed
away June 8, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born
to Callie and Clyde Brown on March 4, 1938, one of
9 children. Bobby attended Harrold High School and
married Kresida Diane Brown December 9, 1958, in
Grand􀂿 eld, Okla. Bobby held a variety of jobs including
welder, mechanic, rural postal carrier, and custom wheat
harvester. Bobby and Diane raised their sons in Harrold
where he served on the Harrold School Board and Water
Board.
Bobby was a hard-working man who was happiest
cutting wheat in the summer and working the rest of the
year in his machine shop. Bobby had a talent for 􀂿 xing
things and restoring antique cars and tractors. While he
could have a gru􀵵 side, Bobby liked to joke and laugh and have fun with his loved
ones, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bobby enjoyed traveling,
viewing wildlife, and making happy memories with Diane in the Rocky Mountains.
Bobby is survived by son Allen, his wife Danelle, granddaughters Audrey and
Holly, son-in-law Josh, great-grandchildren Edie and Callum in Indianapolis, son
Keith and grandson Chase in San Antonio. He is preceded in death by his wife
Diane, daughter-in-law Nadine, sisters Reba, Patsy, Earnestine, and brother J.E. He
is survived by his sisters Charlene in Fort Worth, Avis in New Mexico, Martha in
California, and brother Donnie in Alabama.
Cremation has taken place and in honor of his wishes, with in our hearts, Bobby and
Diane’s ashes will be scattered among the wild􀃀 owers in the mountains of Colorado.
