Kid League Baseball Season Wraps Up

The Kid League Baseball season came to a memorable conclusion last month as the lights at Kid League Park were turned off for the last time this season. The community gathered to celebrate a season filled with excitement, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.
Dustin Fraticelli, the Director of Kid League Baseball, expressed his gratitude and pride.
“This season has been truly remarkable. The love, support, and dedication from all the parents, coaches, players, and their families have made our spring and summer nights at the ballpark unforgettable,” Fraticelli said. “I am deeply grateful for everyone’s enthusiasm and commitment.”
This season saw an impressive turnout with 308 kids playing across five different leagues. A total of 29 teams competed over 20 full nights of baseball, culminating in 172 games played. The sheer number of participants and games highlights the community’s passion and commitment to youth baseball.
Sponsors played a crucial role in the success of the league, and Fraticelli acknowledged their contributions.
“A huge thank you to this year’s sponsors for their unwavering support of Kid League Baseball. Your generosity has made a significant impact on our program,” he stated.
Fraticelli also extended his appreciation to the Lions Club for their dedication to the youth of the community. “The Lions Club’s motto is ‘We Serve,’ and they truly live up to it,” he said. “Their support and dedication to our youth are invaluable.”
The success of the season was also attributed to the efforts of the umpire staff and Assistant Director, Rudy Martinez.
“I couldn’t make any of this work without the support of my umpire staff and Rudy Martinez,” Fraticelli emphasized. “As Kid League Director, I’m truly blessed to have such an amazing team to work alongside every night at the ballpark.”

Midget League – 1st & 2nd Grade
