Munchkins on Main Street planned for Tuesday

Munchkins on Main Street
The City of Vernon is hosting “Munchkins on Main Street” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31. Businesses, organizations, and individuals will be handing out Halloween treats along Main Street in downtown Vernon.
