Wilbarger unemployment rate at 4.3 percent

Wilbarger County’s unemployment rate was 4.3 percent during the month of August, which represents a decrease from the 4.8 percent reported in August of 2017, according to a report from the Texas Workforce Commission.
The TWC report stated that 4,675 people were employed and 209 were unemployed in Wilbarger County during August, 2018 compared to the 4,632 employed and 233 unemployed in August, 2017.
