Star Tree registration on Sunday

Each year, the Vernon Jaycees sponsors a Star Tree to provide gifts for youngsters in Vernon who might not otherwise have a merry Christmas.
Parents or a legal guardian can register their youngsters for this program on one day only – Sunday, Nov. 11, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Registration will take place at the Boys & Girls Club, west entrance.
The Star Tree is for children ages 12 and under.
To register. Proof of income such as a paystub, W-2 forms and tax return, must be provided. Only the first 200 children will be eligible to be registered.
Sunday will be the only day to register. There will be no late registration.
