Fourth of July closings

The City of Vernon offices and the Wilbarger County Courthouse will both be closed on Friday, July 3 for the Fourth of July weekend.

On Saturday, July 4, the Post Office will be closed with no box or home deliveries.

Carnegie City-County Library will be closed on Saturday as will the Red River Valley Museum.

Trash pickup will not be affected by the holiday and will maintain its regular schedule.
