Winifred Powers

Winifred Powers, 95, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, in Vernon.   A funeral service was held at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 27, at Smitha Funeral Home Chapel in Crowell. Visitation was held Monday morning from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
