Aggravated kidnapping suspect caught

A suspect has been arrested in an aggravated kidnapping that originated in Vernon. Joshua Dale Southard, 31 from Mississippi, is being held at the Montague County Jail on a felony Wilbarger County warrant for aggravated kidnapping, with additional charges pending.
