Wrestling clinic planned May 29- June 2

The Vernon Wrestling Clinic will be held from May 29 through June 2, and is open to all incoming seventh through twelfth grade boys and girls. The clinic will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., each day at the VHS All-Purpose Building by the Fieldhouse.

The instructor for the clinic is former Vernon Lion wrestling coach Tom Scott. The fee for the clinic is $40 and includes a t-shirt for all those who attend the clinic.

Scott will go over the fundamentals of wrestling and will cover what to do when in the top, bottom and neutral positions. Wrestlers of all levels of experience are invited to attend the clinic.
