Death Information: Pronounced dead on 6-19-23, at 5:00 P.M., by Justice of the Peace, Clint Nava

Description:  Preliminary investigation revealed that Vehicle 1 as traveling south on CR 117.  For unknown reasons, the driver of Vehicle 1 drove off the roadway to the left, overcorrected steering right and entered into a side skid.  Vehicle 1 crossed back across the roadway exiting the right side of the roadway driving into the barrow ditch striking an embankment and overturning.  The driver of Vehicle 1 was ejected due to being unrestrained by a seatbelt and died on the scene of the crash.
